Another look at the injury report and health of both teams.

Christian Petersen

The health of the Arizona Cardinals got a little better, although they had two new additions to the injury report on Thursday.

Tight end John Carlson, who sat out Wednesday with a banged up knee, returned and was limited. Defensive end Calais Campbell and tight end Troy Niklas still did not practice and nose tackle Alameda Ta'amu did not, either. He was listed with an illness.

Linebacker Glenn Carson (ankle), running back Andre Ellington (foot), quarterback Carson Palmer (shoulder) and cornerback Patrick Peterson (ankle) were all limited.

Linebacker Alex Okafor (thigh) and receiver Michael Floyd (groin) were upgraded from limited to practicing fully, while  rookie receiver John Brown practiced fully, but was added to the injury report with a hamstring issue.

Defensive lineman Frostee Rucker came off the injury report after being limited Wednesday.

Oakland had the same five players not practice. Everyone else listed practiced fully, with defensive end Benson Mayowa added.
