There will be no injury report from practice until Wednesday, but Arizona Cardinals head coach gave the media an update on the health of the team after the 24-13 win over the Oakland Raiders.
He told the media (via Arizona Sports) the one main injury to look at is safety Rashad Johnson. He was set to have an MRI on Monday to have his patella tendon looked at. "He's the only one in the tube today," said Arians. The team believes it is only tendinitis.
Tight end Troy Niklas, who has missed the last two games with a high ankle sprain, is doubtful for the game on Sunday against the Eagles. He will hopefully return to practice at the end of the week.
"There's a chance" Calais Campbell could return to practice this week.
Running back Andre Ellington has sore ribs in addition to his season-long foot injury. "There's no structural damage, just sore," Arians said.
The foot injury, though, is affecting his practice time, which shows up in games. Arians noted the two drops Ellington had, and also pointed out he also lined up wrong once.
Other than that, I am sure we will see some minor injuries show up on the injury report after Wednesday's practice.
