Two players sat out from practice for the Cardinals -- defensive end Ed Stinson (toe) and receiver Larry Fitzgerald (knee). Fitz suffered a Grade 2 sprain of his MCL. He hopes to play on Sunday, but according to the official team page, the veteran receiver "was a little bit sorer" than was expected. Head coach Bruce Arians said, "Hopefully it will loosen up as the week goes on."
Linebacker Larry Foote (hip) and defensive tackle Dam Williams (elbow) were listed but practiced fully.
There were two new injuries noted -- running back Robert Hughes was limited with a hamstring injury and safty Rashad Johnson was limited as well with a back injury. As has been the case most of the season, running back Andre Ellington was limited. His foot and hip were both listed. Linebacker Lorenzo Alexander (knee) also was limited.
On the Seattle side of things, they had seven players who did not practice. Defensive end Michael Bennett (not injury), defensive back Marcus Burley (hamstring), defensive end Demarcus Dobbs (knee), running back Marshawk Lynch (back), cornerback Byron Maxwell (calf), linebacker Kevin Pierre-Louis (shoulder) and center Max Unger (knee/ankle) all missed Wednesday's practice.
Unger will be out three or four weeks.
Also limited were guard James Carpenter (ankle), linebacker Brock Coyle (glute), guard J.R. Sweezy (thigh) and linebacker Bobby Wagner (toe).
