Arizona adds a couple of players.

The Arizona Cardinals had to say goodbye to one of the players on their 53-man roster when they added veteran running back Michael Bush. That player was running back Kerwynn Williams.

But he wasn't gone for long. The team announced they brought back Williams, signing him to the practice squad, where he spent much of the season already.

In addition to bringing back Williams, the team also announced the addition of linebacker Kion Willson. Wilson takes the place of linebacker Kaelin Burnett who was signed to the active roster of the Tennessee Titans.

Williams (6-1, 207) was released from the Cardinals active roster yesterday. He was originally signed by the Cardinals to the practice squad on September 18 and was elevated to the active roster on November 1. Williams played in one game with the Cardinals and was inactive in two other contests.

Wilson (6-0, 230) has played in 15 career games with San Diego (2010), Carolina (2011) and Pittsburgh (2013) and has recorded nine tackles and 11 special teams tackles. He played in a career-high seven games with Pittsburgh last season.

He originally entered the league with the Chargers as an undrafted rookie free agent in 2010 out of South Florida and played three games as a rookie with San Diego before playing five games with Carolina in 2011. He spent preseason with the Steelers and 49ers before being released by San Francisco on August 25.

Williams will wear jersey #33 and Wilson will wear jersey #53.
