The Arizona Cardinals and St. Louis Rams both released the first injury report of the week. Arizona's list was short, but a few players missed practice.
Tackle Bobby Massie was the biggest name on the list. He sat out practice on Wednesday with an issue with an ankle and a knee. Linebacker and special teams captain Lorenzo Alexander also sat out with a knee injury. Linebacker Marcus Benard was out with an illness. Running back Stepfan Taylor still is dealing with his calf injury.
Taylor is the only one who is in doubt for missing the game on Sunday. Bruce Arians already said he is doubtful to play. The other guys are hopeful to practice on Thursday.
As has been the case all season, running back Andre Ellington was limited in practice with his foot injury. Linebacker Larry Foote was listed on the injury report for a sore back, but he did not miss any time, as he was a full participant.
St. Louis had seven players who did not practice. Linebacker Jo-Lunn Barr (toe), cornerback E.J. Gaines (knee), tight end Cory Hawkey (knee), defensive end William Hayes (fibula), cornerback Janoris Jenkins (knee), safety Rodney McLeod (knee) and cornerback Marcus Roberson (ankle) all sat out.
The only player listed who did practice at all was safety Cody Davis, who was limited with a concussion.
