The Arizona Cardinals have announced their seven-man inactive list for their game against the San Francisco 49ers this afternoon. The biggest news is that linebacker Larry Foote (knee) and Jonathan Cooper (wrist) won't play today for the Big Red.

And it's no surprise that Drew Stanton (knee) is also listed among those not in uniform for the Cardinals today from the known injury list.   No other players listed on this week's injury list will miss the game.

Those players not listed on the injury list this week but won't be in action today are defensive back Chris Clemons, wide receiver Brittan Golden, defensive end Kareem Martin and offensive guard Anthony Steen.

For San Francisco, players out due to injury are running back Carlos Hyde (ankle), wide receiver Steve Johnson (knee), safety Eric Reid (concussion),  cornerback Perrish Cox (shoulder), linebacker Ahmad Brooks (thumb) and Tramaine Brock (hamstring).

Rounding out the 49ers inactives is quarterback Josh Johnson.
