We always knew the Cardinals would play the 49ers, Seahawks and the Rams twice each. Then it was known the entire NFC West will face each team in the AFC North and the NFC North. What was left to be determined heading into Week 17 was the remaining two teams left on the 2015 slate, as those two games are based on rankings in the division. Everyone in the NFC West will also face the team in the NFC East and NFC South that was ranked the same in their division.
With the Cardinals losing and finishing second, it locked up a date with the Philadelphia Eagles...again. Arizona's loss, combined with the loss of the Atlanta Falcons and the win by the New Orleans Saints, meant Arizona will face Drew Brees and company.
