Yes, the NFL offseason is here. Aside from no more games for a long time, what do we have to look forward to?

There are a a few dates to consider:

February 17: Teams can begin to use the franchise or transition tag

February 19-25: NFL Scouting Combine

March 8: NFL teams are allowed to enter into negotiations with soon-to-become unrestricted free agents

March 11: The 2014 league year begins; free agency begins; restricted free agent tenders must have been offered, as well as exclusive rights free agent tenders; trades may begin

March 23-26: NFL annual meeting

April 7: New coaches may begin offseason workouts

April 21: Returning coaches may begin offseason workouts

May 8-10: 2014 NFL Draft
