Arizona Cardinals veteran defensive lineman Darnell Dockett took to Twitter on Friday after the news of the Daryl Washington suspension hit.
His reactions show his disappointment in his teammate for basically being selfish.
Old news to us, new news to y'all. My team and I continue to stay focus. Working every day and building chemistry and a winning attitude.

The destination doesn't change, just taking a different route with different guys. A chance for someone else to rise up.. #whosNEXT

I won't let us worry about what's if's. I will keep us focus on right now and what's a reality.. It makes a better story in the end. Watch!

There has certainly been a lot of negative feedback from fans. Another teammate, Tyrann Mathieu -- who has had his own issues with drug use -- was a bit more sympathetic with his tweet.
Prayers are the only thing my teammate needs right now, the negativity is truly a waste of time.. We all fall/fail at something. #PRAYERS

Dockett has been flexing some leadership muscles this offseason. He wants players and fans to essentially forget about Washington since he won't be helping his team. That might not be a bad idea.
