The Arizona Cardinals will not have practice on Thursday. The CBA does not allow there to be practices more than five straight days.
So here is what the schedule for practices looks like for the next few days:
Thursday July 31: No practice
Friday August 1: Practice 2-4:30 PM
Saturday August 2: Practice 2-4:30 PM and Fan Fest
Sunday August 3: No practice
Monday August 4: No practice
With Fan Fest coming on Saturday, here is some information that you might want to know.
The Arizona Cardinals will host "Fan Fest" presented by University of Phoenix this Saturday, August 2 at University of Phoenix Stadium. Admission and parking are both free.
With a large crowd expected, the team would like fans to be aware of the following details for Saturday's event.
PRACTICE: Fans will have the opportunity to watch the Cardinals practice from 2:00-4:30 p.m. at University of Phoenix Stadium. Prior to the beginning of practice, Head Coach Bruce Arians and GM Steve Keim will address the crowd.
PUBLIC PARKING: Carparks on the east side (Green and Grey) and west side (Orange) of the stadium will open beginning at 12:30 p.m.
STADIUM ENTRY: Fans can enter University of Phoenix Stadium at Hyundai Gate 1 (west side) and through Budweiser Gate 3 (east side) by 1:30 p.m. In accordance with current NFL security guidelines, all fans will be subject to screening prior to entry including an inspection of all items brought inside the stadium.
FAN SEATING: Open seating for fans will be available on both the east and west sides of the lower level of the stadium.
AUTOGRAPHS: Following practice on Saturday, the entire team will sign autographs along the lower field wall on both sidelines for a limited time prior to leaving the field. To ensure all fans have an enjoyable and safe experience, fans are asked to be considerate of each other and especially to those younger fans attempting to get an autograph.
KIDS INTERACTIVE ZONE PRESENTED BY APACC: Located at the north end of the stadium on the main concourse, activities include an inflatable obstacle course, quarterback toss, and combine-like football drills. All children who wish to participate in this activity must register prior to entering the area. Registration tables are located at the entry to the area.
CONCESSIONS: A wide array of food and beverage offerings will be available at locations throughout the stadium including "Cards Camp Combos" particularly intended for families.
AZone TEAM STORE: Cardinals merchandise will be available at the AZone Team Store located at the north end of the stadium by Gate 2. The store will be open and accessible from outside of the stadium. Beginning at 1:30 p.m., fanscoming to practice can enter the stadium through the team store.
