We can add another pair of names to the expected list of Arizona Cardinals cuts, as they must trum the roster from 75 to 53 players by Saturday at 1 PM Arizona time.
The latest two names to come out are safety Curtis Taylor and running back Jalen Parmele.
ESPN's Josh Weinfuss reported that Parmele was released, in addition to confirming the releases of Marcus Benard and Isaac Sopoaga.
Parmele made the offseason roster after he was given a tryout during rookie mini-camp, but the numbers game got to him as the team is already set at running back with Andre Ellington, Jonathan Dwyer, Stepfan Taylor and Robert Hughes.
In addition to Parmele, Aaron Wilson reported that safety Curtis Taylor is also going to be released. Taylor was injured in the final preseason game and it was originally believed to be a broken arm. Bruce Arians cleared it up, saying he suffered a hematoma. He will probably have to be waived/injured, which could mean he will end up on injured reserve if no one claims him.
Taylor spent 2013 on the practice squad.
