The Arizona Cardinals and Houston Texans will square off Saturday to open up their preseason slates, but some of the biggest names the Texans bring with them are unlikely to play.
According to reporter John McClain, receiver Andre Johnson, running back Arian Foster and No. 1 overall pick Jadeveon Clowney will sit out the game at University of Phoenix Stadium. However, head coach Bill O'Brien said no one has been ruled out.
Johnson is nursing a hamstring issue and has missed several practices. Foster is recovering from his back injury from last season and Clowney missed a couple of practices with a leg injury.
