Marshall Faulk asked all of SB Nation this question this week:
This week’s focus: FOCUS. On-the-field leaders wanted! Here’s my question for @sbnation: http://t.co/DP2hjWd7xN #GMCPlaybook

For the Arizona Cardinals, there isn't much question.
When it comes to on-field focus, no one is better than Larry Fitzgerald. But when it comes to focused leadership, that is Carson Palmer.
Palmer has the team's respect, being voted team captain for the second year in a row. But it is his focused play that gives him the edge here. Fitz is the best example of on-field focus. He never gets rattled and is always on task. But his impact as a receiver is limited.
Palmer has the perfect demeanor for this team. He will make mistakes, but time after time he keeps working and remains focused, and so many times he leads comebacks. He did it many times last season and already did so in Week 1.
He doesn't get too high or too low.
It is his play that keeps the offense focused. Palmer is "that guy" for the Arizona Cardinals.
