The final injury report is out for both the Arizona Cardinals and San Francisco 49ers and one player is off for Arizona. John Abraham was taken off the injury report, but it was because he was placed on injured reserve to end his season and perhaps his career.
For Arizona, punter Dave Zastudil and linebacker Alex Okafor are out. Okafor is still dealing with a thigh bruise. Zastudill had a setback with his groin. The team re-signed punter Drew Butler, who punted the first two weeks of the season.
The biggest question mark is about quarterback Carson Palmer. Officially he is questionable. However, regarding whether or not he might be able to start against San Francisco, Bruce Arians "put that to bed." Drew Stanton will start. If Palmer's shoulder is better, he will be active as a backup.
Tight end Rob Housler and defensive end Frostee Rucker are questionable for the game. They will be game time decisions.
Listed as probable are running back Andre Ellington, linebackers Kevin Minter and Larry Foote, as well as center Lyle Sendlein.
For San Francisco, the only player ruled out of Sunday's game is center Marcus Martin.
Listed as questionable are tight ends Vernon Davis and Vance McDonald, tackle Anthony Davis and cornerback Trumaine Brock.
Running back Carlos Hyde, quarterback Colin Kaepernick, tackle Joe Staley and defensive end Justin Smith are all probable.
From what it sounds, it appears that Davis will probably play. He will be a game time decision.
