The Arizona Cardinals got the win on Sunday over the Detroit Lions, but they did suffer some injuries. It appears outside linebacker Alex Okafor will miss some time with a calf injury and linebacker Kenny Demens will miss the rest of the season.

After the game on Sunday. head coach Bruce Arians said "I don't feel good" about the injuries the players suffered. On Monday, in his day-after press conference, he did confirm that Demens tore his ACL and will go on injured reserve. At that point, he indicated the team was still waiting on MRI results for both Okafor and safety Chris Clemons. The team would take the next 48 hours to decide what to do with the roster spot.

Later on Monday, AZCentral's Kent Somers reported the injury to Okafor is a strained calf that will keep him out up to a month. This could be why the Cardinals will reportedly sign Dwight Freeney.

No other injury news has come out. The first injury report will come out on Wednesda after practice. During the game on Sunday, defensive end Frostee Rucker left the field with a leg injury and safety  Deone Bucannon appeared to hurt his arm or hand late in the game.
