Cardinals vs. Ravens inactive list: John Brown ready to play for Arizona

Ravens down a couple of safeties on Monday night.

Jason Bridge-USA TODAY Sports

The question has finally been answered. The inactive lists are out for both the Arizona Cardinals and the Baltimore Ravens for their game on Monday Night Football. Cardinals receiver John Brown is active and ready to play, which was expected.

The seven players who will not dress for Arizona are no surprise, except for maybe one. They are:

QB Matt Barkley
OLB Shaq Riddick
OLB Alex Okafor
T D.J. Humphries
G Earl Watford
TE Darren Fells
NT Xavier Williams

The one perhaps surprise is Watford, whom some believed would be the third tight end, should the Cardinals go with that formation, as they only have two healthy players at the position. Since Watford is inactive, it would appear Bradley Sowell would be the guy to play that role. He saw some time as the jumbo tight end in 2013 before he took over at left tackle.

For Baltimore, they will be playing a couple of safeties short. Starting free safety Kendrick Lewis and his backup Terrence Brooks will not dress. They were on the injury report all last week.

Here are the rest:

WR Jeremy Butler
WR Breshad Perriman
S Kendrick Lewis
S Terrence Brooks
C Ryan Jensen
TE Maxx Williams
DE Kapron Lewis-Moore
