Both the Arizona Cardinals and Seattle Seahawks continued their week of practice and the latest injury reports gives mostly the same story.

For the Cardinals, nothing at all changed. The same players who were limited on Wednesday were also limited on Thursday. The same who were full participants were also full participants on Thursday. Receiver John Brown (hamstring), cornerback Jerraud Powers (hamstring), receiver Brittan Golden (groin) and center Lyle Sendlein (shoulder) were limited, while linebacker Alex Okafor (calf), tight end Darren Fells (shoulder) and receiver Larry Fitzgerald (ankle) practiced fully.

For the Seahawks, running back Marshawn Lynch returned to practice. He sat out on Wednesday, but not with an injury. Thursday it was defensive lineman Michael Bennett who got to sit out without an injury. Tackle Russell Okung practiced fully and tight end Luke Willson was upgraded to full.

Receiver John Brown, who was one who was limited for Arizona told reporters he "feels good overall" and he is being eased back into things. "I know how I'm feeling. I'll be ready to go on game day," he said. He has no doubt he will be out there playing on Sunday.
