With Week 10 now here, we have to consider our fantasy teams. The Arizona Cardinals and Seattle Seahawks face off on Sunday Night Football and try to either take complete control of the division (Cardinals) or firmly get back in the race (Seahawks).
But in terms of fantasy football, who on these roster should be active for your fantasy teams?
The truth is this is a bad game for fantasy, as both defenses are very good -- both are in the top 10 in both pass defense and rush defense.
So, who to start and who to sit?
Who to start
Steven Hauschka, Seahawks: Facing a team that doesn't give up many points, field goals might be the way to get your points. He is always a good play.
Chandler Catanzaro, Cardinals: Same reasoning here.
Cardinals D/ST: Arizona has not been great with sacks, but they face an offensive line that has given up 31. With Alex Okafor back, they have a full complement of edge rushers and Calais Campbell traditionally has big games against Seattle. Add to that a secondary that leads the NFL in interceptions, and you have a solid play.
Who to sit
Chris Johnson, Cardinals: CJ has been so good this year. However, Seattle's defense is really good. Johnson probably won't get in the end zone. So have him sit out this week.
All Seattle WRs: The Cardinals defense has only been really hurt by one receiver all season -- Martavis Bryant.
Larry Fitzgerald, Cardinals: If Richard Sherman is going to follow Fitz, he will not have a big game. He isn't the same guy against one-on-one coverage. In zones, he is great. he is having a great year, but I don't anticipate a big game in Seattle.
