The Arizona Cardinals won their biggest game of the year so far, defeating the Seattle Seahawks 39-32 to take a three-game lead in the NFC West with only seven games left in the regular season. Seth Cox and I talked about it in the latest episode (No. 98 overall) of Revenge of the Birds Radio.
We discussed how significant the win was in terms of the division and for the locker room. I say the team is in fact learning from their earlier games in the season -- St. Louis, Pittsburgh, Baltimore and Cleveland. We also talk about what should minimum expectations be moving forward and what the ceiling could be.
We have to finally realize -- the Cardinals have one of the absolute best teams in football. There might not be a team who can beat them. The Cardinals lose if they beat themselves with mental mistakes offensively.
Then we discuss the good and the bad from the game.
The good? Carson Palmer, Michael Floyd and Jaron Brown, among other things.
The bad? The offensive line and the turnovers.
