Cardinals vs. Rams picks and predictions: What will be the final score in St. Louis?

Friday afternoon is here and that means it is time to make predictions. The win the Arizona Cardinals had over the San Francisco 49ers was not nearly as convincing as many had predicted.

But what about this week? The St. Louis Rams have lost four straight and it seems silly now how many weeks ago Seth Cox and I were wondering if the Rams could end up being 7-3 with the schedule they had. Oh well.

They will be starting Nick Foles, who seems to have some of his best games against the Cardinals. This season he had three TDs and no picks. Against the rest of the league he has four TDs and nine picks. (Insert figure of guy shrugging his shoulders.)
