With the NFL Combine all complete, it is time to make changes to some projections for the first round of the NFL Draft.
SB Nation's Dan Kadar has his latest mock draft, and a ton doesn't change at the top. The first two picks are Jameis Winston and Marcus Mariota. That would not surprise anyone. Perhaps the biggest change is how Bud Dupree is taken seventh overall
For the Arizona Cardinals, Kadar picks a familiar face. We have seen this projection in previous mocks. Kadar has them selecting UCLA linebacker Eric Kendricks.
Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians may have said he wants to add competition at guard, but inside linebacker is a more pressing need. Kendricks is the best one in the draft and would be a good foil next to Kevin Minter.
Kendricks does check off several boxes. He has good tape. He showed speed at the Combine. He was a leader in the Bruins locker room.
Would he be a good pick considering who else is available?
Still on the board are T Andrus Peat, WR Jaelen Strong, RB Melvin Gordon, TE Maxx Williams, DE Arik Armstead and CB Jalen Collins.
Would you prefer to have the Cardinals draft any of those other guys or is Kendricks the pick for you?
