Yes! Another free agent rumor for the Arizona Cardinals. Looking to improve in the pass rushing department, Arizona has reportedly been interested in outside linebackers Trent Cole, Brian Orakpo and Parnell McPhee. McPhee is reportedly going to sign with the Chicago Bears.

There is another linebacker Arizona is pursuing, according to Houston Chronicle reporter John McClain, who covers the Houston Texans. Arizona, along with four other teams, are trying to land Brooks Reed.

Reed played four seasons for Houston after being drafted out of the Univeristy of Arizona in the second round of the 2011 NFL Draft. He played in 60 of 64 games, starting 52 of them. He has 14.5 career sacks and had six his rookie season. He had three each of the last two seasons.

He played in almost 70 percent of Houston's defensive snaps and produced some sort of quarterback pressure on 10 percent of his pass rush attempts, according to Pro Football Focus. He also graded out positively in run defense.

Would Reed be an upgrade at outside linebacker?
