NFL power rankings: Arizona Cardinals squeeze into top 10

New, comments

We are a few weeks away from the preseason. How does local writer Bob McManaman rank the league's 32 teams?

With the preseason and training camp coming just around the corner, it means we start getting some power rankings again. This set comes from a local reporter -- AZCentral's Bob McManaman. At the top of his power rankings, he has a bit of a surprise -- the Indianapolis Colts.

He follows the Colts up with some common teams -- the Seattle Seahawks and the Green Bay Packers.

After that, he lines up the Pittsburgh Steelers and New England Patriots.

But you don't really care as much about those other teams. You want to know where ranks your Arizona Cardinals.

Bobby Mac has the Cards at the bottom of the top 10.

As long as Carson Palmer is healthy, the Cardinals have a legitimate chance. This might be the best offensive line he's ever had.

Just ahead is Cincinnati and just below them are the Cowboys.

Do you agree with the ranking? Should the Cardinals be higher?
