Today is the biggest practice of training camp, at least for Arizona Cardinals fans. it is the Red and White practice, which the team holds every year. More people will be here and there will be more noise and energy. There will be some live hitting and tackling at the goalline and then the third team will scrimmage. The defense will even be able to tackle Logan Thomas and Phillip Sims in the scrimmage.
