The first injury reports came out on Wednesday and we got out first look at who might and might not play on Sunday. For the Arizona Cardinals, three players did not practice at all -- receiver J.J. Nelson, linebacker LaMarr Woodley and running back Andre Ellington. For the San Francisco 49ers, linebacker NaVorro Bowman and running back Reggie Bush sat out.

It is known Nelson will not play this week. He suffered a shoulder injury that will keep him out two to four weeks. Woodley injured his shoulder on Sunday. It was said he was day-to-day. Ellington has begun running, but still has not participated in team activities.

For the Niners, it was said Bowman had a veteran's day off on Wednesday. Bush, who injured his calf in Week 1, is the question entering this week.

Arizona guard Mike Iupati practiced on a limited basis. For now, he is on track to play on Sunday.
