Cardinals vs. 49ers 2nd half live updates, reactions

The Arizona Cardinals have a 31-7 lead at halftime over the San Francsico 49ers. It has been a beatdown. The defense returned two interceptions for touchdowns to start off the game -- one by Justin Bethel and one by Tyrann Mathieu. Then the offense was clicking and the Cards have been rolling.

Larry Fitzgerald has 99 receiving yards. Chris Johnson has a pair of rushing touchdowns.
