After there was speculation and leaked signings, the Arizona Cardinals have announced their 10 practice squad signings. They bring back six players who spent time with the team in the offseason and add four others. Here are those players now on the team either again or for the first time.

Brought back to the Cardinals:

CB Cariel Brooks
T Rob Crisp
LB Gabe Martin
G Antoine McClain
WR Jaxon Shipley
RB Kerwynn Williams

New additions:

TE Brandon Bostick
CB Leon McFadden
CB Robert Nelson
DE Lawrence Okoye

Bostick (6-3, 250) spent the last three years with the Packers after signing as a rookie free agent from Newberry in 2012. He spent his rookie season on the practice squad and then played in 24 games with Green Bay the past two seasons. He had nine receptions for 123 yards and two touchdowns in his two seasons with the Packers before being waived in February and claimed by the Vikings. He remained with Minnesota throughout training camp, but was released on August 30.

McFadden (5-10, 190) played in seven games with the 49ers last season and had five tackles after he joined the team in November. He entered the league with Cleveland as a third round selection (68th overall) in the 2013 NFL Draft out of San Diego State. As a rookie McFadden played in 16 games (two starts) and had 16 tackles and one passed defensed with the Browns.

Nelson (5-9, 175) played collegiately at Arizona State before signing with the Browns as an undrafted rookie free agent last year and played in seven games with Cleveland in 2014. At Arizona State, Nelson recorded 73 tackles and nine interceptions in 27 games during his two seasons with the Sun Devils. He began his collegiate career at Louisiana-Monroe before transferring to ASU.

Okoye (6-6, 304) joins the Cardinals from San Francisco where he spent all of last season on the 49ers practice squad after spending the 2013 season on injured reserve. A British Olympian and record holder in the discus, Okoye is a former rugby player who had no prior football experience before signing with San Francisco in 2013. A native of Croydon, England, Okoye competed in the 2012 Summer Olympics before he began his football career.
