New York Jets at Arizona Cardinals First Half Game Thread

Talk about the Monday Night Football game against the New York Jets.

Kyle Terada-USA TODAY Sports

It is gameday for the Arizona Cardinals, and there Arizona Cardinals need to find a win in the worst way. They sit 2.5 games behind the hated Seattle Seahawks, and need to keep pace in the division, and stack wins before they take on their rivals on Sunday Night Football next week.

The Cardinals get Carson Palmer back and the New York Jets have one of the worst secondaries in the NFL. Meanwhile, the Cardinals offensive passing game has been less than stellar heading into this year, from Jordan Plocher from Pro Football Focus:

Cardinals deep passing (20 or more yards from line of scrimmage)

Palmer 23 attempts, 8 completions, 228 yards, 1 TD, 4 INT
Stanton 7 attempts, 1 completion, 29 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT
It was just last year that the Cardinals had simply the best deep passing game in the NFL, now, well you see the stats.
