Arizona Cardinals beat up in 30-24 loss to the Minnesota Vikings

It was an ugly, physical game for the Arizona Cardinals.

What a game for the Arizona Cardinals, but in the end, it was not enough as the Cardinals fall to the Minnesota Vikings 30-24.

Offensively, the Arizona Cardinals leaned on David Johnson who was downright dominant.

Carson Palmer and the passing game was off again, we saw flashes of good, Larry Fitzgerald and at times Michael Floyd. With some just plain awful mixed in, hello two interceptions into double coverage with wide receivers giving up on the play.

The pass protection was completely awful, but it played into the end of the game, as Tom Johnson of the Minnesota Vikings was called for an iffy roughing the passer penalty.

It didn't matter though, as the comeback attempt fell short.

The Cardinals have an uphill battle now to find the playoffs, and the combination of bad offensive line play and Carson Palmer being his old self is showing to be too much to overc.ome

Defensively, the Cardinals were excellent, only allowing 16 points and keeping the Vikings under 300 yards of total offense.

It is ironic, the Arizona Cardinals have a dominant running game and defense, but cannot seem to find the winning rhythm.
