Bruce Arians should step away after 2016

Coach Arians has been a franchise changer, but he needs to worry about himself.

This is something I never would have expected. I would never call for Bruce Arians job, he has done too much for a franchise that has never had any success like they have in Arians tenure.

However, after this season, Bruce Arians needs to think about himself and his family, and what he wants for his future.

Arians has dedicated his life to football, he is one of the greats to have done it, working with and developing a relationship and earning the respect of nearly everyone in the NFL.

To me, from a personal standpoint, I would love to see Arians be able to enjoy the latter portion of his life.

Arians just turned 64 in October, he has some time left to enjoy life and his family, that would be what I would be focusing on.

No matter what happens, I will support Arians decision and hope that he continues to be wonderfully successful.

Just hope he is healthy and remains so when he makes that decision.
