It is the yearly tradition of NFL football on Thanksgiving day, and we are blessed this year with two great games and one game that would have been great if not for an injury to a key player.
Let’s take a look at the Thanksgiving NFL schedule for 2016.
Minnesota Vikings at Detroit Lions
10:30am Mountain Standard Time
A huge matchup for control of the NFC North, with the Vikings finding their swagger again against the Arizona Cardinals, while the Detroit Lions just continue to find a way to win every week.
Washington Redskins at Dallas Cowboys
2:30pm Mountain Standard Time
The Dallas Cowboys come into the game as the top seed in the NFC and boasting the best record in football. On the other side, the Skins are two games back of a chance to take the NFC East from their long, bitter rivals. What better way to enjoy the second half of your Thanksgiving day feast.
Pittsburgh Steelers at Indianapolis Colts
6:30pm Mountain Standard Time
The one disappointing matchup, simply because Andrew Luck is in the concussion protocol and will not be playing. In his stead will be the legendary Scott Tolzien.
Enjoy the day of football, food, family and friends.
