What a slate of early games. For those like me, it was frustrating having to watch the Cowboys throttle the Browns or the Steelers take 52 minutes to get things going against the Ravens.
Then you have the Packers getting absolutely blitzed by the Colts, who were not supposed to be good.
The NFL is so weird.
Also, these outcomes all screw with the Arizona Cardinals and their Wild Card playoff chances, not that they lost any ground, but man, the Saints and Panthers seem to be finding their rhythm.
Tonight, the Broncos visit Oakland and the black hole, where MVP candidate Derek Carr looks to extend their lead in the AFC West.
Meanwhile, the Broncos are trying to maintain their position as the division bullies.
It is a classic offense versus defense matchup, usually the defensive team comes out on top, I think the Raiders breakthrough tonight though.
