It is Thursday Night Football and our thoughts and prayers are with Mike Zimmer as he has an emergency eye surgery that will keep him away from the team for tonight’s game between the Minnesota Vikings and top seed Dallas Cowboys.

The Vikings will be leaning on their special teams coach as well as their ferocious defense to help them slow down the dynamic and balanced Dallas Cowboys offensive attack.
Without Zimmer, we will see how the Vikings respond, if they rally or come out flat because of an obvious concern for their head coach.
Offensively, the Vikings have to find a way to keep Sam Bradford upright and protected, even with the lack of pass rush from the Cowboys, they still find a way to keep the pressure turned up.
In the end, the Cowboys offensive balance and ability to play with a lead gets them another win.
