There are always a group of players that do not make the Pro Bowl in the NFL that absolutely deserved to be there.
For the Arizona Cardinals in 2016, a season where things could not have gone more wrong, for Tony Jefferson, things went all right.
You look at what Jefferson has done for the year and he has been one of the most consistent players on the Arizona Cardinals defense, along with Pro Bowler Patrick Peterson and Pro Bowl alternate Calais Campbell.
Yet, for Jefferson, his coming of age season turned into a nightmare because the team was bad.
When your team is supposed to be great and you play great for the first extended look of your career, you expect to be recognized.
This year, it didn’t happen for Jefferson and Twitter reacted strongly.
Wait...@_tonyjefferson didn't make the Pro Bowl?

Tony Jefferson was snubbed, maybe not as a Pro Bowl starter, but he should have at least been an alternate.
Without that, it shows just how much being on a good team matters.
