The quarterbacks, receivers and tight ends all had their weigh-ins on Thursday. We now know height, weight and length. At the QB position, height and hand size tend to matter. More or less, a signal caller has to be 6-2 or taller to be optimal size. Their hands should be at least nine inches at minimum, or ball security might be an issue.
If you look at the prospects in terms of Bruce Arians and the Arizona Cardinals, you tend to look for thicker frames, too. Arians has always preferred guys who are 6-4 or bigger and more than 220 pounds.
