Since the Super Bowl is over, of course Vegas is going to start taking bets for next year's championship game. Thanks to Bovada, we have early odds for Super Bowl 51 and who Vegas thinks are the favorites to win next year's title.
The Arizona Cardinals are among those with the best odds. They are given 14/1 odds to be next year's champs. Only five teams are given shorter odds and only their 14/1 are the third shortest number.
There is a three-way tie at the top at 9/1 for the Carolina Panthers, Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots. The Green Bay Packers and Pittsburgh Steelers are next at 12/1, followed by Arizona at 14/1.
In fact, Arizona is given better odds than the current world champs. The Broncos and their defense are given 16/1 odds, which is impressive because Peyton Manning is expected to retire and Brock Osweiler is hitting free agency. They have no quarterback stability.
Who has the longest odds at this point? That would be the Cleveland Browns, who have 1501 odds.
