2016 NFL free agency: Ted Larsen 'has really good interest' from teams, visits 49ers

The former Cardinal will likely have no issue finding a home.

The Arizona Cardinals have already lost right tackle Bobby Massie in free agency. It was expected. Another free agent lineman expected to land elsewhere is veteran guard Ted Larsen, who played for Arizona the past two seasons, starting 26 games in that time.

According to a source close to Larsen (via NBC Sports 1060), the veteran is "optimistic that things will pick up quickly," and that there's "really good interest" out on the market.

One team we already know he is visiting are the San Francisco 49ers. (Check out the fan reactions, it's priceless).

Larsen is not expected to return to Arizona and there isn't any indication the team is trying to retain him. However, he does have a place in the league. He has very good games and very poor ones. He is versatile and smart. He will rarely hurt you with mental mistakes.

He wasn't very popular here, but he was good enough two seasons in a row to keep and put Jonathan Cooper on the bench.
