Keep up with all the news here.

Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

As we start the free agency periood, both the legal tampering period and the start of the new league year on Wednesday, we want you to keep up with all the information in one place. This is your free agency tracker for the Arizona Cardinals.

March 10

Rashad Johnson is headed to Tennessee to visit the Titans, while Sean Weatherspoon is going to visit the Falcons, his former team before coming to Arizona.

Seattle is looking at both Ted Larsen and Bradley Sowell (is this real life?)

Ted Larsen has interest from other teams, has a visit with the 49ers.

Dwight Freeney wants to sign with the Cardinals again, but open to playing elsewhere.

March 9

While there were no reports the Cardinals were after him, they lose out on another pass rusher, as Olivier Vernon signs a huge deal with the Giants.

It turns out that the Cardinals could get second round compensation if another team signs D.J. Swearinger, but it doesn't cost them any more.

Bobby Massie leaves the Cardinals to join the Chicago Bears and play right tackle there.

The Cards sign Branch to a 2-year deal. It is worth $7 million.

William Hayes returns to the Rams on a three-year deal. He was the last of the reported pass rushers the Cards were interested in.

Cards to bring in S Tyvon Branch for a visit. They want to sign him quickly.

March 7-8

Another edge player chooses familiarity over Arizona. Bruce Irvin will join the Raiders, where he former LBs coach is the DC.

Another pass rushing target off the board -- Tamba Hali re-signs with the Chiefs.

Jason Pierre Paul turns down Cardinals' offer, returns to Giants on a one-year contract.

After it didn't look good, the Cardinals agree with Drew Stanton on a two-year deal.

So, maybe the Cards aren't shopping Campbell.

Cards free agent tackle Bobby Massie could be a very rich man soon.

The Cardinals are targeting Bruce Irvin.

Calais Campbell could be on the trading block.

Bringing back Drew Stanton is a priority, but his return looks doubtful.

Arizona is still having dialogues with Rashad Johnson, but it appears Jerraud Powers will hit the free agent market.

Mario Williams wants at least $10 million per year.

The Cardinals are reportedly making calls about four different pass rushers -- Mario Williams, Jason Pierre Paul, William Hayes and Tamba Hali.
