When the Los Angeles Rams made their blockbuster trade to get the first pick in the 2016 NFL Draft, presumably to select a quarterback, things are expected to be shaken around in how things will play out. By the time the Arizona Cardinals make their selection, things should have settled, but with NFL Network draft analyst Daniel Jeremiah's latest mock draft, we do have a different pick for Arizona than most of the other ones out there.
Instead of the popular pick of Ryan Kelly, who is long gone, going 16th overall to the Lions, the Cardinals pass of Shaq Lawson and take a defensive back -- Clemson's T.J. Green
Many teams believe Green's future might be at cornerback, and his draft stock is soaring.
Green is 6-2, 209 pounds and fast. He ran a 4.34 40 at the NFL Combine. He only has one year of starting experience and he was not a defensive back originally. He is versatile and can also impact the return game. He is raw, but has potential.
What would you think of a selection of Green, who apparently is rising up draft boards?
