2016 NFL undrafted free agents: Arizona Cardinals add 16 UDFAs, including Alabama QB Jake Coker

The long list of other rookies are likely rookie camp invites.

Chuck Cook-USA TODAY Sports

After all the names of undrafted rookies connected to the Arizona Cardinals, there are now officially 16 who have signed contracts. They include two long snappers, a punter, a quarterback and three cornerbacks.

Here are the guys who are now officially Cardinals:

  • Arizona RB JARED BAKER
  • Appalachian State WR JEFF BEATHARD
  • Calgary CB ELI BOUKA
  • Portland State LS KAMERON CANADAY
  • Notre Dame WR AMIR CARLISLE
  • Alabama QB JAKE COKER
  • Eastern Washington T CLAY DEBORD
  • Campbell LS DANIEL DILLON
  • Notre Dame S MATTHIAS FARLEY
  • SW Oklahoma State CB TREVON HARTFIELD
  • Duquesne WR CHRIS KING
  • LSU LB LAMAR LOUIS
  • Nebraska T GIVENS PRICE
  • Fresno State P GARRETT SWANSON
  • Monmouth TE HAKEEM VALLES
  • Western Michigan CB RONALD ZAMORT

The two long snappers will be players to watch. As of now, the Cardinals have no other long snappers. Josh Mauro can do it, but head coach Bruce Arians stated Saturday (before the undrafted rookies were added) their long snapper is not on the roster. So it would appear one of these two -- Dillon and Canaday -- will possibly be on the roster.

Quarterback Jake Coker presumably will be in training camp to battle Matt Barkley for the third QB spot, unless the Cardinals make another move like they did last year to bring in Barkley.

Adding the punter Swanson presumably means he will battle Drew Butler for the job. With no kicker added, it appears Chandler Catanzaro is set in his roster spot.

I have player bios for each, but will use the next couple of days to highlight them, including any scouting reports and highlights I can find.
