Arizona Cardinals teammates give Chandler Jones grief for wearing jeans

New Arizona Cardinals outside linebacker Chandler Jones recently showed up to a golf tournament in jeans. His teammates gave him a hard time.

"(It’s) a lot different from Boston weather for sure," said Jones via ESPN's Josh Weinfuss. "Everyone’s making fun of me because I have jeans on.

"I have to change my wardrobe a little bit and go shopping, but I’m enjoying it."

Jones said he was unsure whether he ever wore shorts back in Boston as a member of the New England Patriots.

Now I am a staunch proponent of wearing shorts. Any moment I can wear them, I do.

But is there anything wrong with wearing jeans? Nope -- even at a golf tournament.

More importantly, those teammates should have known he might not have shorts...or maybe the should have mentioned he should wear shorts.

In any case, now he knows. He should probably get some shorts.
