It wouldn't be the off season without some sort of law enforcement run in, and unfortunately it looks like one Arizona Cardinals player could be in some trouble.

Chris Clemons, the veteran safety who had some playing time last year with the Arizona Cardinals according to the Pro Football Talk article, "police officials have recommended that city prosecutors charge Cardinals safety Chris Clemons with assault, after an incident with a woman outside a nightclub."

This is the first I have heard about any incident, but it apparently took place in May of this year, from the Arizona Republic, "A woman was knocked unconscious outside the International Boutique Nightclub near Saddlebag Trail and Camelback Road, but witness accounts of what happened vary, according to statements gathered by Scottsdale detectives in a police report obtained by The Arizona Republic."

From here it is up to the court to decide what to do, there is still a lot of unsubstantiated claims going on, but from what we have seen with the Arizona Cardinals in the past, Clemons days could be numbered.
