The Arizona Cardinals open training camp for the 2016 NFL Season today, so here is a what to know heading into the training from the Arizona Cardinals.
Practices:
Training Camp begins on Friday, July 29, 2016 and ends Friday, August 26, 2016. Unless otherwise noted on the website or the team via social media, practices will be from 2-4:30pm.
Friday, 7/29: 2-4:30 p.m.
Saturday, 7/30: 2-4:30 p.m.
Sunday, 7/31: 2-4:30 p.m.
Monday, 8/1: 2-4:30 p.m.
Tuesday, 8/2: 2-4:30 p.m.
Thursday, 8/4: 2-4:30 p.m.
Friday, 8/5: 2-4:30 p.m.
Saturday, 8/6: 2-4:30 p.m. (Red & White Practice)
Monday, 8/8: 2-4:30 p.m.
Tuesday, 8/9: 2-4:30 p.m.
Wednesday, 8/10: 2-4:30 p.m.
Game 1 of the Pre Season Friday, August 12 at University of Phoenix Stadium vs Oakland Raiders.
August 15-18 there will be joint practices with the San Diego Chargers in San Diego.
Game 2 of the Pre Season Friday, August 19 at Qualcomm Stadium vs San Diego Chargers.

Monday, 8/22: 2-4:30 p.m.
Wednesday, 8/24: 2-4:30 p.m.
Thursday, 8/25: 2-4:30 p.m.
Friday, 8/26: 2-4:30 p.m. (Last Day of Training Camp Practices)
Game 3 of the Pre Season Sunday, August 28 at Reliant Stadium vs Houston Texans
Game 4 of the Pre Season Thursday, September 1 at University of Phoenix Stadium vs Denver Broncos
Parking:
Parking is free at the stadium and opens at 12:30pm, on the east side of the stadium, Green and Grey Lots, and attendees should use the Green entry off of 91st Avenue.
Additional lots will open on weekend camp days (Friday-Sunday) on the west side in the Orange Lot.
Entry and Seating:
The Arizona Cardinals recommend entering through the Bud Light Gate 3 at 1:30pm each day of camp. The University of Phoenix Gate 2 through the team shop will also be open to enter through.
Weekend practices will see the Hyundai Gate 1 open for entry as well.
All entrants are subject to normal NFL search and security, including the NFL Clear Bag Policy.

Seating will be on a first come first serve basis on the east side of the stadium in the lower levels. On weekends the lower bowl of the west side of the stadium will be open as well.
Autographs:
After each practice there will be a select group of players signing autographs along the lower field walls for a short period. Please be considerate of all fans wanting to get a chance to get autographs.
Kids:
Kids will have the opportunity to experience training camp with the interactive kidzone located on the main concourse at the north end of the stadium. There are combine like football drills, an obstacle course and football toss available. Please be advised that kids must register to enjoy the activities, and registration tables will be at the entrance of the kid zone. Kid zone activities will run through August 20, 2016, but will not be available the last week of camp.
From July 29 through August 6th the Arizona Cardinals will allow kids in the kid zone to write "Pep Talks" to their favorite Arizona Cardinals before the season starts. Completed forms can be left in the Kid Zone or submitted via social media to the Arizona Cardinals.
Kids also will have a chance to get wristbands to experience a free post practice autograph session. This is a first-come first-served basis, and sign ups will take place at the Children's Autograph Experience table at the entrance of the Kid Zone.
Food and Beverages:
There will be several concession stands open during practices that will offer food and beverages for patrons to purchase.
