The Arizona Cardinals have a very talented team as constructed and it seems like they won't be losing any of that talent yet.

Alex Okafor, their reserve outside linebacker and pass rusher tore a biceps tendon in joint practice with the San Diego Chargers before it being revealed Friday evening.

He was said to be agonizing over whether to attempt to play through the injury or have surgery, as Okafor is a free agent heading into the off season.

Well, according to Ian Rapoport, he has decided to play through the injury.

We have seen this before with the Arizona Cardinals, as Adrian Wilson played through a similar injury in 2011.

The interesting part will be to see how Okafor functions. He had a down year in 2015 with only two sacks, but was expected to be part of an improved pass rushing unit.

Now, with an injury and a bevy of young players battling for playing time, it will be interesting to see how well he performs.

One thing is for sure though, he wants to be a part of something special.
