The Arizona Cardinals head coach had plenty to say before practice started today.

Bruce Arians held his typical pre practice press conference today to catch up everyone on the injury situations and discuss the aftermath of the loss to the Chargers.  Here are some highlights.

The biggest name on the injury front was Mike Iupati, who coach said is "Dealing with a sore knee. Nothing serious."

There was some good news on the injury front as Larry Fitzgerald will practice today and the PUP guys will get back to "some practice today."

As far as Tyrann Mathieu, Justin Bethel and Frostee Rucker, Coach Arians thinks they could all be ready by week one, just depends on what kind of shape they are in.

As for the San Diego game, Arians said Brandon Williams is making progress and he's getting better having to play against different players.
