We are hurdling to the finish, well the best preseason game of the four, against the Houston Texans and after a day off there should be plenty of action from Arizona Cardinals camp today.
First though, the pre-practice Bruce Arians press conference.
Bruce Arians said Carson Palmer (veterans day) and Larry Fitzgerald (being extra careful) won't practice today. #CardsCamp

Well, I guess not.
WR John Brown has a headache today. May not practice.

Is it time to be worried about John Brown? Maybe I’ll talk about this tomorrow.
Bruce Arians said earlier this week he's sorry JJ Watt won't play Sunday. How does Carson Palmer feel about it? "Not that sorry."

I am with Arians, I wanted to see Watt make this offensive line work. I am also with Palmer, he can end the Cardinals season quickly if those players are not ready yet.
BA: "I think Chip Kelly will be fantastic in San Francisco. They should be the sleeper in the division." #NFCWest

Arians likes to talk, that’s what I have gathered about him.
A handful of players are back practicing after missing time w/injuries: R. Bryant, B. Golden, M. Iupati, A. McClain, E. Watford #CardsCamp

Good to see almost everyone healthy.
Robert Nkemdiche participating 11 vs 11, only a few snaps.

Here… We… Go. I hope this leads to game time work on Sunday.
Tyrann Mathieu with a second interception in as many practices.

To be fair, if Stanton is the quarter… Wait, never mind it was Coker.
Game planning for Texans includes first-team defense vs. scout team, which lined up in Wildcat formation w/Coker split wide #CardsCamp
— Craig Grialou (@CraigAZSports) August 24, 2016
Brock in the wildcat? Or Lamar Miller running the wildcat I am assuming.
For those wondering, Tyrann Mathieu has had a very Badger-like afternoon with a couple of interceptions of Jake Coker. #CardsCamp

Goodnight, sweet Prince Coker.
Nkemdiche doing quite a bit more today. Looked great in pass rush drills. Quick burst and great hands.
— Kent Somers (@kentsomers) August 24, 2016
At least the defense continues to look great.
Anything else for today’s camp? Jaron Brown continues to impress, with the worry about John Brown, that is important.
