After a day off on Sunday, the Arizona Cardinals were back at practice on Monday and there was not a ton of information that came out of practice, but there were a few interesting tidbits of information.
- Carson Palmer was given another day off after quite a bit of work on Saturday's practice. Jess Root and I were talking and it is clear that there are a couple of reason the Arizona Cardinals are keeping Palmer on a pitch count during training camp.

- There is literally no new players Palmer has to grow a rapport with, the only player who could insert themselves as new player on the Arizona Cardinals skill positions is Chris Hubert and he'll be a sixth receiver this year.
- Matt Barkley needs as many reps as possible with the two's. Is he the quarterback of the future, is he the back up of the future? They have only four pre-season games to decide whether they want to keep working with Barkley, cause if he is getting reps during the regular season, things have gone awry.
Pretty good day of #CardsCamp for WR Jaxon Shipley. Has come down with a few really nice catches.

- Jaxon Shipley had a nice day at camp. Is it too little too late? Can Shipley overcome the camp superstar in Chris Hubert?
Anything else from camp of note today?
