Wednesday always produces the most interesting injury reports, simply because it will often times be the first time that many Arizona Cardinals players are listed on the report.
Heading to Buffalo, against a desperate Bills team, the Arizona Cardinals field a talented injury report, while the Bills is slim, but packed with important players.
Arizona Cardinals Wednesday Injury Report
Kareem Martin, Did Not Practice (DNP)
Evan Mathis, Foot/Toe DNP
Frostee Rucker, Knee DNP
Justin Bethel, Foot Limited
Larry Fitzgerald, Knee Limited
Tyrann Mathieu, Knee Limited
Robert Nkemdiche, Ankle Limited
Jared Veldheer, Fibula Limited
Kevin Minter, Ankle Full
J.J. Nelson, Shoulder Full
Veldheer’s injury is extremely specific, Kent Somers didn’t like my question:
@kentsomers How does one sustain a fibula injury?

@SCoxFB Let me leg whip you in the shin and you’ll know. :)

The rest of the injury list is not surprising. It is unfortunate that Robert Nkemdiche continues to struggle with the ankle. Hopefully by mid season we can see what he brings.
Buffalo Bills Wednesday Injury Report
Charles Clay, TE Knee DNP
Cordy Glenn, LT Ankle DNP
Sammy Watkins, WR Foot DNP
Colt Anderson, S Foot Limited
Ronald Darby, CB Hamstring Limited
Cardale Jones, QB Right Shoulder Limited
Obviously the first three are the biggies, Clay is a talented move tight end, Glenn is one of the better left tackles in the NFL and Sammy Watkins is an electric play maker. Watkins will likely play, he’s just going to be on this report all season.
Here’s to some health for both squads and a great game leading to an Arizona Cardinals win.
