The Arizona Cardinals have filled their roster spots after releasing Kameron Canaday and Marqui Christian while putting Troy Niklas on the injured reserve.
As was reported yesterday, the Cardinals have signed former Denver Broncos long snapper Aaron Brewer, who has played in 64 regular season games and snapped in eight playoff games in his time in Denver. He was the long snapper last year during the Broncos run to the Super Bowl, so he has not only experience, but experience in pressure situations.
Ryan Quigley was signed to take over, for the interim or the season who knows, for the injured Drew Butler. Quigley had spent the past three seasons with the New York Jets and has averaged 45.1 yards per punt for his career. He was signed in Jacksonville before being released before the start of the season.
The Cardinals also signed an inside linebacker, Joplo Bartu, who has spent his career with the Atlanta Falcons and Jacksonville Jaguars. He has been a decent depth guy on both teams, and special teams, which has been a concern for the Cardinals so far in 2016.
What do you think of the Arizona Cardinals additions?
