Arizona Cardinals 2016 Practice Squad

The Arizona Cardinals really liked their roster heading into final cuts and it shows with the release of their practice squad list.

Only eight names occupy the practice squad thus far:

Wide receiver CHRIS HUBERT

Wide receiver BRITTAN GOLDEN

Cornerback HARLAN MILLER

Tight end IFEANYI MOMAH

Running back ELIJHAA PENNY

Tackle GIVENS PRICE

Linebacker SHAQ RIDDICK

Tight end HAKEEM VALLES

If the reports are true, the Arizona Cardinals ten man practice squad also includes two quarterbacks from outside their training camp and preseason roster.

Former Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Aaron Murray and young journeyman Zac Dysert have both been linked to the Arizona Cardinals practice squad.

The construction of the practice squad continues an overall different team make up than in previous Steve Keim teams, as they have seven skill players on the roster initially.

Add in only one outside linebacker in Shaq Riddick and one corner in Harlan Miller and the team clearly is confident in the overall make up of the 53 man roster. For now.
